TV reception conditions in Thame

Thame is generally a very good reception area. The local transmitter is in Oxford and is only ten miles and over flat land and the signals carry well to Thame. The Oxford transmitter broadcasts the full range of digital freeview channels. There is not usually a need for high gain aerials or tall masts in the town due to the reception being so good.
