Local Television Reception Conditions
Outside of Witney, television reception is better than in town itself. The land around Eynsham to the east of Witney and over to Carterton to the west of Witney is flat and signals travel well from the Oxford transmitter. To north of the town into the hills around Ramsden and Finstock there are some bad television reception patches and again Freesat is now an option.
