About Starlink – Starlink is a satellite internet service provided and operated by Elon Musk’s SpaceX organisation. Once installed, a Starlink system provides high speed, low latency satellite based broadband. Many customers in the UK have already taken up Starlink subscriptions.

Why Starlink – In areas where internet connectivity is unreliable or commonly unavailable then Starlink is the ideal solution for domestic dwellings as well as business premises. Starlink installations that we have already carried out are mainly in rural parts of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and parts of Wiltshire – where superfast cable or fibre broadband has not yet been installed although we have also carried out installations in the middle of Oxford and Reading as well as other small towns.

Starlink Installation – The Starlink dish must have a clear line of sight to the sky to work effectively and will ideally need to be installed above roof height as well as securely to ensure that the internet service is reliable

We offer as many mounting options as we can including installations on chimneys, gable ends, flat roof’s etc. We are extremely good at providing ‘hidden’ installations where required. We are always happy to carry out a FREE Starlink installation quotation so that we can offer you the best options. We will make sure that your Starlink dish is installed to give the clearest signal and isn’t obstructed by trees or other buildings.

A ‘normal’ Starlink dish installation takes around 2-3 hours. Sometimes our customers require a more niche installation. This can be due to the size of the property or the cable route – if you want the cable hidden from the dish position to the router position for example.

Equipment – You will need to make a Starlink account and then order the equipment for your individual install. The most normal pieces of equipment you will need are: Starlink dish, router (for older systems), the correct length cable, pipe adaptor mount and sometimes an ethernet adaptor (if you have an existing home network / Wi-Fi system that needs connecting to the Starlink system).

Our team – Our installers who all live locally throughout Oxfordshire are fully insured and each have a Working at Heights certificate. They are all trained in installing Starlink equipment and we have many years’ experience installing data cables and Wi-Fi equipment.
